Cost Plus
Offers you “Design-Build” services however, excludes maximum cost.  Supplementary advantages include economical construction as well as expeditious construction completion.

Construction Management
You contract J.R. Lennen Construction, Inc. as a “consultant” through the planning and constructing process with a “lump sum” fee.  This is most advantageous with the larger scale projects, by utilizing the advantages “Design-Build” offers to their fullest extent.
